FOCUS: INNER THIGHS, OUTER THIGHS, OUTER THUTT
SWEAT PHILOSOPHY: Last week the inner thighs received lots of love. So naturally, this week, we had to test their strength. We went for our favorite love-to-hate piece of equipment, the glider and kept it basic with some gliding lunges and attitudes. We continued the inner thigh love fest by incorporating the gliders into our core series while firing up the obliques. We conclude bounce with a full-out four set of cardio to ensure maximum burn while rounding out our hard work in sculpt with a complete breakdown of moves.
